Making Christmas ornament crafts! Love this easy ornament idea for toddlers. Just print or cut any pattern on card stock, paint with anything (we used cotton balls), and add a pipe cleaner as a hook! You could also use stickers, tissue paper, construction paper, leaves, or an endless list of possibilities. . What simple crafts are you enjoying with your kiddos this holiday season?

It is with great joy that I announce I’m joining the #nannymom tribe and I couldn’t possibly be more excited.

I am exhausted, but so thankful! My professional cup is full! This weekend I met so many wonderful childcare professionals who are all working so hard to continue to learn, grow, and nurture themselves. They all gave up their time off to show up at Nannypalooza, the most encouraging conference I’ve attended. Why? Because every day they are nurturing children to learn and grow! I am so proud to be a part of this field. And, I felt so honored to be able to speak at this conference. It was a joy to hear their insights and questions as I shared my heart for how I have seen Positive Discipline create thriving, empathetic, resilient, and kind tiny humans. Plus, I got an awesome scarf while I was there.

Happy Friday!! Today I’m finishing up work and heading off to a “fill up my cup” weekend of professional development, networking, and fun at #nannypalooza2019 ! I’ll also be speaking on how we, as Nannies, can integrate positive discipline based childcare to raise adults we would want to go out to coffee with. If you’ll be there, check out my stories to ask your positive childcare questions and I’ll get them ready for tomorrow. 🙌🏻 I hope to see you there!!
